Shipping and Returns

Shipping

Orders are usually processed within 3-5 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Once the order is placed you will receive a confirmation e-mail. Once your order has been fulfilled you will receive an e-mail notification with updated shipping information.

Availability: Availability of products is not guaranteed. If you have ordered an item that is not available or that is delayed, we will notify you via email. Should we be unable to process your order in full due to an item/s being out of stock, you will only be charged for available items & your invoice & order confirmation will be updated accordingly.

UPS/Signature required: All order are shipped via USPS. Please let us know if you would like your order shipped through UPS, or with a signature required. Extra charges may apply. If you request no signature, Prairie Underground is not responsible in case of theft or loss.

Alaska and Hawaii: We do not currently offer flat rate shipping for Alaska and Hawaii. If you wish to ship to either of these states please contact info@prairieunderground.com There may be additional costs to ship to Alaska & Hawaii.

Canada: For orders shipping to Canada, there may be additional Duties & Customs fees which are paid by the customer at time of delivery. Prairie Underground does not cover these additional costs. Canadian orders are all final sale.

REFUND/RETURN POLICY

If you are not absolutely delighted with your Prairie Underground purchase, you can return any unworn, unwashed merchandise within 30 days of receipt. All items returned for a refund must have all original tags or packaging. After 30 days, all sales are FINAL. No price adjustments. 

If you received a faulty or damaged item, you will be reimbursed for both delivery and return shipping charges. Please note that we do not accept liability for shipping loss or damage of returned goods.

We will process your return as soon as possible but please allow up to 14 days for your refund to be processed and up to two billing cycles for the return to appear on your credit card statement. If you submit your return through your account, please allow 2-3 days to approve. We only approve returns during the business week.
 

For purchases made with gift cards, refunds will be issued in the form of a new gift card.

We have the right to deny refunds and exchanges if the merchandise returned does not meet our return policy requirements.

To start a return, go to your Account (https://account.prairieunderground.com) 

1.  Log in to your account (https://account.prairieunderground.com):
2.  In the Email field, enter your email address, and then click Continue.
3.  In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.
4.  Go back to the online store, and then enter a six-digit verification code.
5.  Click the order that you want to submit the return for.
6.  If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.
7.  Select a return reason and add a note for the store.
8.  Click Request return.
 
If your return request is approved and requires shipping, then you will receive an email with shipping instructions and a new return shipping label. After the product is returned, you will receive a refund. We will refund the price of the garment, minus $10 for return shipping. Please note, our refunds do not cover original shipping fees.

EXCHANGE POLICY

We can exchange any unworn, unwashed merchandise within 30 days of receipt. We cover the $10 return fee for exchanges! All items returned for an exchange must have all original tags or packaging. After 30 days, all sales are FINAL. No price adjustments.
 
 
We will make every effort to accommodate an exchange request. However, our ability to process is based on product availability, which is not always guaranteed. We have the right to deny refunds and exchanges if the merchandise returned does not meet our return policy requirements.

6.  If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.
7.  Select a return reason and add a note regarding your exchange (for example, name of exchange item, new size, or request a different color). Exchanges depend on stock availability. 
8.  Click Request return.
