Shipping and Returns
Orders are usually processed within 3-5 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Express orders placed on weekends will be shipped on Monday.
Orders are processed and shipped from Seattle, Washington.
Availability of products is not guaranteed. If you have ordered an item that is not available or that is delayed, we will notify you via email or telephone.
Please note if you would like your order shipped through UPS, or with a signature required. If you request no signature, Prairie Underground is not responsible in case of theft or loss.
Once the order is placed you will receive a confirmation e-mail that confirms receipt of your order, which will be processed within next 3* business days (please note, during periods of high order volume we allow 3-5* business days for order processing). Should we be unable to process your order in full due to an item/s being out of stock, you will only be charged for available items & your invoice & order confirmation will be updated accordingly. Once your order has been fulfilled you will receive an e-mail notification with updated shipping information. All sale items are final sale.
We do not currently offer flat rate shipping for Alaska and Hawaii. If you wish to ship to either of these states please contact firstname.lastname@example.org
We are now shipping to Canada, there may be additional Duties & Customs fees which are paid for by the customer at time of delivery. Prairie Underground does not cover these additional costs. Canadian orders are all final sale.
If you are not absolutely delighted with your Prairie Underground purchase, you can return any full price, unworn, unwashed merchandise within 30 days of receipt. All items returned for a refund must have all original tags or packaging. After 30 days, all sales are FINAL. No price adjustments. All sales final on sale merchandise. Thanks for understanding.
Self-Serve Returns Instructions
Log in to your account:
- In the Email field, enter your email address, and then click Continue.
- In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.
- Go back to the online store, and then enter a six-digit verification code.
- Click the order that you want to submit the return for.
- If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.
- Select a return reason and add a note for the store.
- Click Request return.
If your return request is approved and requires shipping, then you receive an email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label. After the product is returned, you receive a refund. We will refund the price of the garment, minus $10 for return shipping. Please note, our refunds do not cover original shipping fees. No refunds or returns for Canadian orders.

We will process your return as soon as possible but please allow up to 14 days for your refund to be processed and up to two billing cycles for the return to appear on your credit card statement.
For purchases made with gift cards, refunds will be issued in the form of a new gift card.
We have the right to deny refunds and exchanges if the merchandise returned does not meet our return policy requirements.
We hope you love every purchase at first sight but if something isn’t quite right, Prairie Underground will do our best to make it perfect. We accept post-marked returns within 30 days of order delivery date. Clients are responsible for return shipping charges. If there was a mistake due to a faulty or damaged item, you will be reimbursed for both delivery and return shipping charges. Items must have all original manufacturer tags and packaging to be eligible for a refund. Please note that we do not accept liability for shipping loss or damage of returned goods. We do not refund or exchange sale items. All sale items are final sale.
