Orders are usually processed within 2 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Express orders placed on weekends will be shipped on Monday.
Orders are processed and shipped from Seattle, Washington.
Availability of products is not guaranteed. If you have ordered an item that is not available or that is delayed, we will notify you via email or telephone.
For all shipments within the United States, buyer is given the option UPS Ground. Buyer will receive a shipment confirmation email with the shipping tracking number. Direct signature required. If you request no signature, Prairie Underground is not responsible in case of theft.
Once the order is placed you will receive a confirmation e-mail that confirms receipt of your order, which will be processed within next 2* business days (please note, during periods of high order volume we allow 2-4* business days for order processing). Should we be unable to process your order in full due to an item/s being out of stock, you will only be charged for available items & your invoice & order confirmation will be updated accordingly. Once your order has been fulfilled you will receive an e-mail notification with updated shipping information.
We do not currently offer flat rate shipping for Alaska and Hawaii. If you wish to ship to either of these states please contact email@example.com
Online Return Policy
We are glad to exchange any full price, unworn, unwashed merchandise within 10 days of receipt of your on-line purchase. All items returned for an exchange or refund must be unworn and have any original tags or packaging. After 10 days, all sales are FINAL. No price adjustments.

We will process your return as soon as possible but please allow up to 14 days for your refund to be processed and up to two billing cycles for the return to appear on your credit card statement.
We have the right to deny refunds and exchanges if the merchandise returned does not meet our return policy requirements.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Upon the fulfillment and shipping of your order, you will receive an email confirmation outlining the details of your order. In case the email confirmation does not provide a tracking number, please contact email@example.com
We hope you love every purchase at first sight but if something isn’t quite right, Prairie Underground will do our best to make it perfect. We accept post-marked returns within 15 days of order delivery date. Clients are responsible for return shipping charges. If there was a mistake due to a faulty or damaged item, you will be reimbursed for both delivery and return shipping charges. Items must have all original manufacturer tags and packaging to be eligible for a refund.
Please note that we do not accept liability for shipping loss or damage of returned goods.
