Cutting the textile
Patterns are finalized and textile is lay out to be cut by our production manager. All patterns are cut by hand. We maximize our cut yield to minimize our waste
Sewing
Dying the garments
Most garments are industrially dyed and preshrunk. All are checked for quality before a hang tag is affixed
